Davey Wavey Explains Why He’s Doing Gay Porn

Davey Wavey’s recent launch of his very own gay porn website caught some of his fans by surprise, while others say they saw it coming. Now, the popular YouTuber explains the reasoning behind this bold move.

Davey Wavey is a 33-year-old Gay YouTuber, who’s been releasing entertaining videos for years – some of which were already pushing the boundaries of YouTube.

Last year Davey already dabbled with some erotic content, with his “Unlocking Your Erotic Body” series, and with his YouTube collaborations with gay porn stars, such as Blake Mitchell, Joey Mills and Brent Everett.

But recently, Davey took a very “explicit” step forward, with his full-on gay porn website – Himeros.TV [NSFW Link!]. In his latest video, Davey talks about the controversy – and reveals what were the major reasons behind the move.

“There’s been a lot of people”, Davey begins, “in both my personal life and my online life who just don’t get it.”

And he continues –

“When I was 19-years-old I remember being in my college dorm room. I was lying in bed with my boyfriend, we just had sex, and he very dramatically leaned in and said to me… ‘Dave, we need to talk.’

Obviously when you’re 19-years-old and you’re covered in your boyfriend’s cum and he says ‘we need to talk’, it’s generally not a good thing.

So he leans in and says to me ‘Having sex with you is like being in a porn.’

And my whole face lit up – ‘You’re welcome! That’s amazing!’. And he was so confused, because clearly, he didn’t mean it as a compliment.

But for me… I couldn’t ask my parents how to have gay sex, I couldn’t ask the nun teaching my health class… So I watched porn, and if I was successfully emulating the porn that I saw in the bedroom, it was mission accomplished. Clearly I didn’t get it.

In my channel over the past 10 years, I feel like I’m taking a certain message or truth, and packaging it in something sexy or funny. So you watch it and share with your friends, and at the end you see there’s a point to that.

I started to wonder if you could take that same strategy – and apply it to gay erotic content. Can you take some important messages that need to be communicated to men about sex, and package it in gay porn, so that they’ll enjoy it cause it’s hot and it’s juicy, but that there’s also something that you can take away from it.

I’m creating this website for you guys, but I’m also creating it for myself, and in particular that 19-year-old version of me, sitting on his college dorm room, covered in cum, who just really didn’t get it.”

Skater Didn’t ‘Refuse’ Meeting with Pence

Kelly Rippon

Gay U.S. Olympic figure skater Adam Rippon’s mother Kelly told CNN’s Chris Cuomo this morning that her son did not “refuse” a meeting with Mike Pence because that would suggest he is intolerant.

Said Kelly Rippon: “I believe that you can say it many different ways. I don’t think he ever said ‘I refuse to do that,’ because that suggests a tone of intolerance and inflexibility…He conveyed to whomever, I don’t know the individuals, that any kind of communication would have to be done after the competition is over.”

Watch the interview above.

Pence left for the Winter Olympics in PyeongChang last night and tweeted a defense of his record, claiming reports that he is anti-gay are “fake news.”

Tweeted Pence: “Headed to the Olympics to cheer on #TeamUSA. One reporter trying to distort 18 yr old nonstory to sow seeds of division. We won’t let that happen! #FAKENEWS. Our athletes are the best in the world and we are for ALL of them! #TEAMUSA

He then added a personal tweet to gay U.S. figure skater Adam Rippon, who has been at the center of headlines for refusing a meeting with Pence over his anti-gay record:

“.@Adaripp I want you to know we are FOR YOU. Don’t let fake news distract you. I am proud of you and ALL OF OUR GREAT athletes and my only hope for you and all of #TeamUSA is to bring home the gold. Go get ‘em!”

News broke earlier this week that Rippon turned down a request from Mike Pence to talk after Rippon denounced the homophobic vice president’s role in leading the U.S. delegation to PyeongChang.

Rippon spoke with USA Today about the choice: “You mean Mike Pence, the same Mike Pence that funded gay conversion therapy? I’m not buying it.”

Rippon said he’d avoid a meet-and-greet with Pence because of his views: “If it were before my event, I would absolutely not go out of my way to meet somebody who I felt has gone out of their way to not only show that they aren’t a friend of a gay person but that they think that they’re sick.”

Rippon also said that Pence does not have a “real concept of reality” if he declares himself to be a “devout Christian” and stands by Donald Trump’s policies: “If he’s okay with what’s being said about people and Americans and foreigners and about different countries that are being called ‘s—holes,’ I think he should really go to church.”

Rippon said he might speak to Pence if he felt there was a way to have “an open conversation.”

But Pence reportedly wanted to have a conversation sooner than that, according to USA Today:

Pence apparently was so concerned about Rippon’s comments that he then set in motion the attempt to speak with him. Farah did not reply to an email earlier this week seeking comment on this story. Rippon’s agent, David Baden, said his client would have no further comment on the issue.

In January, Pence’s spokesman Alyssa Farah told USA Today that Rippon’s claims have “no basis in fact:”

“The vice president is proud to lead the U.S. delegation to the Olympics and support America’s incredible athletes. This accusation is totally false and has no basis in fact. Despite these misinformed claims, the vice president will be enthusiastically supporting all the U.S. athletes competing next month in Pyeongchang.”

That, unfortunately, is not true.

Pence, as his record shows, is no friend to the LGBTQ community.

In 2000 during his first successful run for Congress, Pence said that he was in favor of sending money allocated to care for people with HIV/AIDS to organizations that provide conversion therapy.

From running a think-tank that published virulently anti-gay articles, to attempting to divert HIV/AIDS money to fund conversion therapy, to refusing to protect LGBT Hoosiers from discrimination, to legalizing anti-LGBT discrimination in Indiana, to cozying up to notorious homophobes, to supporting a ban on gay marriage, and decrying the ‘mainstreaming of homosexuality in the military’ after DADT was repealed, Pence’s record is among the worst records on LGBTQ issues of anyone who has ever occupied the office of the Vice President.
