The HIV Testing Webinar will address training needs such as sexual history taking, identification of priority populations, routine testing and contact tracing with the overall objective of normalising HIV testing and overcoming barriers that GPs may currently face around HIV testing.

The HIV/Sexual Health Clinical Education Sessions are run in collaboration by ASHM and Sydney Sexual Health Centre (SSHC).
It has two components: the HIV and Sexual Health Journal Club and the Clinical Education Session.
The HIV and Sexual Health Journal Clubs are held weekly on Wednesdays from 9.30 to 10.20am. Presented by clinicians, registrars and nurses, it provides an update on the latest updates in the field of sexual health and is open to everyone working in the field of sexual health, inclusive of clinicians and non-clinicians.
The Clinical Education Sessions are run fortnightly from 10.20 to 11.10am directly after Sexual Health Journal Clubs on alternating Wednesdays. These sessions are presented by physicians and specialists and are targeted at sexual health clinicians.
